US Law firm investigates Dr Reddy’s statements to FDA

Holzer & Holzer, LLC, an Atlanta based law firm, representing shareholders, said it is investigating whether certain statements issued during 2015 by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited complied with federal securities laws. 

In November, 2015, Dr. Reddy’s announced it had received a warning letter from the Food and Drug Administration concerning three of its manufacturing facilities.

Releasing a statement on Wednesday the law firm asked Dr Reddy’s ADR holders who invested before November 9, 2015 to seek more information about the investigation if they so wished.
